New copper free material for Xtra pads
Xtra pads have been developed to enhance the advantages offered by Brembo Max, Xtra and Sport discs.
With this product Brembo succeeded in the challenge of finding a copper free compound, improving the top performance of Brembo Xtra line. In fact, Brembo Xtra copper free pads guarantees top performance, fading resistance and sport feeling without copper in the compound.
This pad line is fully ECE R-90 homologated.

The many road and bench tests that have been carried out have all highlighted a relevant reduction of the wear for the Max and Xtra discs. This also for the friction material when compared with the results achieved with standard pads that aren't developed for this use. A reduced wear of the friction components and the corresponding reduction of the dust emissions assure that the rims will be cleaner compared to the standard.

Xtra pads with new visual will gradually replace old visual pads (Black backplate and grey shim with red marking), therefore the two visuals will coexist on the shelves in the next months.
